The operator

Which legal entity operates the service

Flux Bondbit is a trading name of the organization that owns and manages this website and related client platform.

The organization that operates this service is the party you establish a contractual relationship with upon accepting our Terms of Use and open an account. Its full registered name, its legal form, its registered particulars and the identity of the group it belongs to are set out in the client agreement you receive at onboarding, and are supplied on request through the routes described in the "Requesting documentation" section below.

Since corporate structures, registered information and service delivery arrangements are subject to change, we deliberately avoid presenting them as permanent text in marketing materials. Your formal client agreement and accompanying documentation pack constitute the definitive reference; in any conflict between this page and those official documents, the formal documentation takes precedence.

Group companies and service providers

Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.

Framework

The regulatory framework we work within

We outline here the category of obligations that apply to the service provision, rather than specifying regulatory bodies or citing statutory references, which are appropriately located in binding legal documentation.

  1. 01

    Client identification

All accounts undergo verification before any funding, trading activity or withdrawal is permitted, in accordance with the KYC and AML processes outlined on our KYC & AML page.

  2. 02

    Financial-crime prevention

Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.

  3. 03

    Handling of client money

Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.

  4. 04

    Fair and clear communication

Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.

  5. 05

    Data protection

Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.

  6. 06

    Complaints handling

A documented internal mechanism for handling complaints including receipt acknowledgement, thorough examination and a substantive response provided within the period notified at the time of complaint submission.

Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.

Availability

Jurisdictions served and excluded

The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.

Where the service is offered

Accounts may be established by individuals residing in jurisdictions specified as permitted during the account registration procedure. Should your jurisdiction be listed and you complete verification successfully, you may proceed. Should your jurisdiction not be listed, the service remains unavailable to you.

Where the service is not offered

  • Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions or embargoes.
  • Jurisdictions where offering this type of service to retail clients requires a local authorisation we do not hold.
  • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
  • Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.

No solicitation

Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Documentation

Procedure for obtaining corporate and compliance documentation

Current clients, prospective clients and institutional partners are able to request our corporate and compliance materials. These are furnished upon request rather than made publicly accessible.

What can be requested

  • Particulars of the operating company and its corporate registration information.
  • The active client agreement together with the fee schedule that applies to your specific account.
  • A summary of our AML and client-identification procedures.
  • The procedure for addressing complaints and the process for further escalation.
  • Privacy information pertaining to your personal information.

How to make the request

  1. 01

    Write to us

Use the contact route on our contact page. Use "Regulatory documentation request" as the email subject.

  2. 02

    Identify yourself

Indicate whether you are an active client (and supply the email address linked to your account) or a prospective client, and specify which documents are required.

  3. 03

    Receive the pack

Submissions are addressed in accordance with the timeframe communicated when your submission is acknowledged. Certain documents may be delivered in summary form where they contain proprietary internal information.

Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.

Contact

Regulatory and compliance questions

Inquiries regarding our regulatory standing, our compliance framework, or any issue requiring escalation should be directed through the compliance channel rather than through standard support services.

How do I raise a compliance question?

Send it through the contact page and label it "Compliance". Supply the account email address if you maintain an existing account, and summarize your query concisely.

How do I make a formal complaint?

Use the same route and mark the message "Complaint". You will receive an acknowledgement, a reference and an indication of the timeframe for a substantive reply. If the outcome does not resolve the matter, the reply will explain the further escalation options available to you.

How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?

Use the report abuse page. Impersonation of Flux Bondbit in messages, adverts or cloned sites should be reported there so we can act on it.

Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?

Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
